This year's theme, Leadership with Purpose: Inspiring Change Beyond Business, celebrates the leaders who use their influence to create meaningful impact within their organisations, communities and beyond.

We are proud to welcome our charity partner, Destiny Rescue, whose special guest speaker will share an inspiring story of courage, resilience and hope. Learn how purposeful leadership and collective action are helping rescue children from exploitation and restore lives, reminding us that true leadership extends far beyond the workplace.
